Smart Air Beds Deluxe Flock Top Raised King Size Air Bed
Have you ever stayed at someone's house and slept on their old sofa day bed? Or a futon mattress? Or maybe you and your spouse were forced to share a twin or full size bed? NO MORE!
Raised 22" off the ground, the Smart Air Beds Deluxe Flock Top King Size Inflatable Mattress is exactly what you're looking for if you have overnight guests coming or you plan on doing some traveling yourself.
Complete with a soft flocked top sleep surface, at 22" this air bed is almost the height of a traditional box spring and mattress (about 25"), so you or your guests are up off the floor, away from any cold drafts. Engineered with an deca-I-beam construction, the Deluxe Flocked Top King Size Air Bed has 10 bed length chambers of air that provide support and stability. The 23 gauge (.60 mm) super-thick, water proof flocked top and 14 gauge (.35 mm) sides and bottom give this air bed 600 lbs./272 kg. weight capacity. The whole bed has expertly electronically welded seams for long lasting quality.
The handheld powerful ETL listed A/C pump can have the mattress ready from box to bed in about 4 minutes. The bed uses standard king sheets (not included), and the fitted sheet is aided by the flocked topping and a well placed horizontal groove along all sides to limit sheet slippage. Patented anti-roll edges on the sides and at the foot and the head of the bed are a little bit higher, keeping you on the bed and off the floor.
When you're ready to pack the item up, simply open the patented 2-in-1 valve to release the air, roll and fold, and store the item neatly in the included storage bag - easy to keep in a linen closet, under a desk (for those of you who take naps at work) or anywhere with limited space.

Some Frequently Asked Questions:
- What's the difference between this bed and the Air Cloud Easy Riser King Size Air Beds?
- Well first, these are available and ready to ship, the other beds currently have no expected in stock date (anywhere in North America...we all get them from the same distributor). Beyond that, the Air Cloud Easy Riser beds have an internal pump, these have an external pump. There are positives and negatives to both. The positive to an internal pump is that all you have to do is plug in and you are ready to inflate - you don't really have to baby sit it. The positive to the external pump is that if the pump dies, you can buy a new one for about $20, whereby if the internal pump dies, you have to replace the entire bed. The Air Cloud Easy Riser Beds have a remote control so the firmness of the bed can be adjusted; these do not. The heights are also different. These beds are 22 inches high. The Air Cloud Easy Riser Beds are either 20 or 25 inches high. The Air Cloud Easy Riser Pillowtop Air Bed has an additional section of the bed which gives it a pillow top feel. The regular Air Cloud Easy Riser King Size Bed has the same flocked top. All of the beds are an i-beam construction and are made with the same grade PVC. There are your differences. These beds are also up to $50 less expensive.
- Can I use this bed as my everyday bed?
-
You can however we do not recommend it. Air beds are designed to be used a few weeks out of the year for about 5-10 years (they have a planned obsolescence). If that number is 3 weeks out of the year for 10 years, then you are looking at about 210 uses before something may/can/will go wrong. Beds can last longer. Some can last shorter. But that's a ball park. Using it everyday means you will get to that 210 number quicker that's all. You might be able to do it (beds are made really well at this point). We just don't recommend it.
- Will king size sheets work on this bed?
- Yes, king size sheets fit this bed. The fitted sheet may be a bit tight and bunched. The non-fitted sheet does not have an area to tuck it into.
